7 Things to Know Before Upholstery Cleaning in Hallandale Beach, FL
Before upholstery cleaning in Hallandale Beach, know which pieces you want done, that the fabric decides the method, how pet accidents are handled and that the price comes before the work. Pro Steamers Florida cleans sofas, sectionals, loveseats and dining chairs in customers' homes.
1. Which pieces can be cleaned?
Sofas, sectionals, loveseats, dining chairs and other upholstered furniture, cleaned in your home. Our upholstery cleaning page has the full rundown.
Hallandale Beach is one of the towns we cover. A customer there wrote that "Ron did an amazing job at my home in Hallandale with our sofas." More about the town is on our carpet cleaning in Hallandale Beach page.
2. The fabric decides the method
Our technicians assess the fabric and its condition before choosing a cleaning method. Methods are picked for each material, surface and condition, so two pieces in the same room may not get the same treatment.
3. Look the piece over before you call
Do it in daylight and note where the trouble is, whether that's a seat, an armrest or a headrest. Check under the seat cushions or on the frame for a manufacturer's tag with a cleaning code, and have a phone photo of it ready, plus one of the whole piece. If there's no tag, say so and give roughly how old the furniture is.
Say whether the piece is leather or fabric, and ask whether it's something we clean.

4. Pet accidents are handled on their own
Pet stain and odor on fabric furniture is part of our upholstery work. It's priced separately from the carpet special. Say which cushion or arm was hit, how long ago, whether the cushion covers come off and what you've sprayed or soaked it with, and the technician assesses it before choosing a treatment.
A Hallandale customer with pets put it this way: "Ron did a fantastic job at my house in Hallandale cleaning our area rugs and coaches. With extra pets over the holidays things got messy, but he handled it amazingly."
5. Tell us what's already been used on a stain
If you've sprayed a cleaner on a spot, say which one when you book. It changes how that spot is treated.
6. Ask for the price before anything starts
We don't publish an upholstery price. The technician explains the recommended work and the price before the cleaning begins, so you know what you're agreeing to. Our one published price is the carpet special, 2 rooms of steam cleaning and deodorizer for $129. Furniture is priced on its own.
7. Rugs and carpet can go on the same booking
Several of our Google reviews are for a couch plus the rugs, or carpets plus the chairs. One reads, "They cleaned all of our couches and chairs and they look amazing!" Ashley Roucoulet's review covers an area rug and upholstery: "The upholstery looks very clean as well." If there's a rug under the coffee table, our 7 questions to ask before area rug cleaning covers it.
